3 Steps To Recycle and Donate Undies

Collect new underwear for women, girls, men, and boys in a box.

Fill out our online donation form and include the inventory barcode in your box.

Purchase a shipping label and mail your box to us with the inventory barcode included for a receipt.
Shipping Options
The Undie Chest has partnered with Give Back Box to offer low-cost shipping on underwear donations.
For only $20, you can ship up to 50 pounds of new bras or underwear anywhere in the country.
Give Back Box makes it easy and convenient to donate new underwear to needy people.
1. You can ship your donation using UPS, USPS, Shippo, or Give Back Box.
2. We recommend using Give Back Box if shipping costs more than $20.
3. Your shipping label will be sent to the email address you used to sign up for Give Back Box.
Check your spam or junk mail if you don't see it in your inbox. The email will come from Give Back Box, not The Undie Chest. Your shipping label will show 15 pounds, but you can ship up to 50 pounds.
When you fill out the donation form below, select "Ship via Give Back Box."
**If you need to order more than 1 label we highly recommend that you send an email to Give Back Back and they will create the label and email it to you.
What happens after you fill out the donation form?
1. Include the inventory barcode in your box, either printed or handwritten. This helps us scan your package and send you a confirmation receipt.
2. We receive your package at our warehouse and scan the barcode.
3. You will receive an email confirmation with your tax donation receipt. Check your spam or junk mail folders if you don't see it.
4. We sort your donations by category and check their quality.
5. We fulfill underwear requests from nonprofit organizations.
6. Low-quality underwear is downcycled or recycled by working with textile recyclers.
Drop-Off Locations (Phoenix Area Only)
**We're expanding our drop-off locations nationwide. If you live in the Phoenix area, you can also drop off donations at our mailing address (UPS Store with a special donation box).
Please package your items before dropping them off.
For large quantities of underwear (100 or more), please contact us to arrange shipping. Our drop-off locations cannot handle large quantities.**
