We are so excited that you made the decision to support families in need. Besides the substantial social impacts of families living in poverty, you are helping reduce your carbon footprint. Underwear is one of the most requested and least donated items, so we are glad you are helping us fight hygiene poverty for families around the world, but every year millions of pounds of underwear are thrown into our landfills instead of being recycled and reused to support families in need.

Shipping Options

The Undie Chest has partnered with Give Back Box to get the best rate for shipping around the country and in larger quantities. You can ship up to 50 lbs of bras for only $20!! The purpose of Give Back Box is to provide an effortless and convenient method of donating new underwear.

You have the option of using UPS, USPS, Shippo, and Give Back Box as shipping options
We recommend using Give Back Box if the Shipping cost is more than $20.
Please note that your shipping label will be sent to the email used to sign-up for Give Back Box. Make sure to check your spam or junk mail if you do not see it in your inbox. The email will be coming from Give Back Box, not The Undie Chest. The label that you will receive will show 15lbs, but you can ship up to 50lbs. When you fill out the form below please select 'Ship via Give Back Box.' for how you will deliver your items.

What happens after you fill out the donation form:

You can print the inventory barcode and place it on or in your box. If you don't want to print the barcode make sure to write it on a piece of paper and include it with your name and email in your package. The barcode is used to scan your package at the warehouse and send a confirmation receipt to you. If we don't have the inventory barcode you will not receive an email confirmation that we received your box.
New underwear is received at The Undie Chest warehouse and the inventory barcode is scanned
You will receive an email confirming we received your package. Please check your junk or spam mailboxes if you don't get an email.
Underwear is sorted into categories and checked for quality.
Underwear requests from nonprofit organizations are fulfilled
Excess underwear or underwear that does not meet quality standards for donation is either downcycled or sold to other textiles recyclers that support developing countries around the world where accessing everyday resources can be a struggle.

Drop-Off Locations (Phoenix Area Only):

As we expand, there will be more drop-off locations around the country. If you live in the Phoenix area, the mailing address listed below is also a drop-off location. It is a UPS Store that has a special box to receive donations for us. Please make sure that your items are in a package or box when dropping off.

*Tax deduction receipts will not be emailed until your donation is received. We don’t mail tax deduction receipts; they will only be sent via email. Please make sure you provide a valid email.

Please Read:

The label you receive via email is not pre-paid postage but is used to scan the package when it arrives at our warehouse. You will need to pay the postage to ship your donations.

When donated items are received, a confirmation with your tax deduction receipt will be emailed to you. To help reduce costs, tax deduction forms will not be sent in the mail, they are only sent via email.

If you choose not to fill out the online donation form, you can print the donation form, fill it out, and include it in the box with your donated items. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL THE DONATION FORM TO US, INCLUDE IT IN YOUR PACKAGE ONLY IF YOU ARE NOT FILLING OUT THE ONLINE FORM.
