New underwear is something many of us rarely think about—until we do not have access to it. For individuals and families experiencing hardship, having clean, properly fitting undergarments can support hygiene, comfort, confidence, and dignity.
The Undie Chest works with schools, nonprofits, and community partners to help make these essential items more accessible. By donating new bras, underwear, T-shirts, and undershirts, you are helping us respond to a basic need that is often overlooked.

3 Steps to Donate New Undies

Gather New Items
Collect new bras, underwear, T-shirts, and undershirts for women, men, girls, and boys.

Complete Online Donation Form, If Needed
The online form is optional. Complete it only if you would like:
An email confirming your donation was received
A tax-deduction receipt for qualifying donated items
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks after your donation is received for your confirmation email and receipt. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

Ship or Drop-Off Your Donation
Package your items securely and mail them to The Undie Chest, or drop them off at our Phoenix/Mesa mailing location.

Please note: This address is a UPS Store, not an Undie Chest office or warehouse. Local donors may leave packaged donations at this location and ask the UPS Store staff to place the package in the designated collection box for The Undie Chest.
Donors are responsible for shipping costs.
For donations of 100 or more items, please contact us before shipping so we can coordinate delivery.

Packaged donations may also be dropped off at the mailing address above. This is a UPS Store with a designated collection box for The Undie Chest and The Bra Recyclers.
This keeps the process honest and simple: mail it, use the local Mesa drop-off, or contact us for a large donation.
